Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ResonanceOne mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
ResonanceOne is a wellness application that provides information about Earth's Schumann Resonance and space weather conditions. The App allows you to track your mood, view activity data, and optionally connect with a global community.
Important: The App is provided for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in community features
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Community Guidelines
If you participate in community features, you agree to:
- Be respectful of other users
- Share only content you have the right to share
- Not share personal information of others without consent
- Report inappropriate content to us
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Subscriptions and Payments
ResonanceOne offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. By subscribing:
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions through your app store settings
- Refunds are subject to app store policies
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResonanceOne and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (such as mood logs), but grant us a license to store and display it as necessary to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will always be accurate, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. Do not use it for health diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResonanceOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- We may delete your data after 30 days
- Active subscription charges may be cancelled
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
