Is the app free?
Yes! Core features are free forever: Activity Index with home screen widgets, 3-day forecast, mood tracking, educational content, daily podcast, and community participation (10 messages a day). The optional Supporter subscription unlocks unlimited community posting and the full podcast archive.
Is ResonanceOne a Schumann Resonance live app?
Yes. ResonanceOne shows live Schumann Resonance data from Tomsk Observatory, refreshed hourly, combined with the Kp index and solar activity into a single 0-100 Activity Index. It's free, with no spectrogram reading required.
Where does the data come from?
Real-time data from Tomsk Observatory (Russia) for Schumann Resonance, and NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center for solar flares and Kp index. Updated hourly. Every reading passes an interference check that filters out false spikes caused by thunderstorms directly over the station, so you see real global activity, not local weather.
Does this drain my battery?
Not at all. ResonanceOne is offline-first: it only fetches data when you open the app or when push notifications are triggered for significant solar events.
Is this available on iPhone and iPad?
Yes on iPhone: ResonanceOne is on the App Store and needs iOS 16.4 or later. On iPad it runs at iPhone size for now, with a proper iPad layout still to come. The Android version works on tablets with an expanded dashboard view.
