ResonanceOne turns complex space weather and electromagnetic data into a single, calm daily number. Users track how Earth's energy correlates with their mood, sleep, and energy levels — without fear or pseudoscience.

## Key Concepts Explained

### Schumann Resonance
The Schumann Resonance is a set of natural electromagnetic resonances at approximately 7.83 Hz (and harmonics at 14.3, 20.8, 27.3, 33.8 Hz) that occur in the cavity between Earth's surface and the ionosphere. Driven primarily by global lightning activity (~2,000 thunderstorms active at any moment), it has been measured since 1952. Fluctuations correlate with solar activity, geomagnetic storms, and seasonal patterns.

### Kp Index
The Kp index (0–9 scale) measures global geomagnetic activity derived from 13 observatories worldwide. Kp 0–1 = quiet; Kp 2–3 = unsettled; Kp 4 = active; Kp 5+ = geomagnetic storm. Published by NOAA every 3 hours.

### Solar Flares
Solar flares are classified by X-ray intensity: A, B, C, M, X (weakest to strongest). X-class flares can cause geomagnetic storms, radio blackouts, and aurora. ResonanceOne tracks NOAA GOES satellite data for real-time flare classification.

### Earthing / Grounding
The practice of making direct physical contact with Earth's surface (barefoot walking, swimming in natural water). Research published in peer-reviewed journals suggests free electron transfer from Earth may reduce inflammation and support circadian rhythm regulation.
